Following on from last week’s post, here’s an interesting comparison looking at the firms who make and are subject to the most complaints by their rivals. Between 2010-2014, Virgin Media had 31 complaints raised against their ads by their competitors. But, over this period, they only raised 9 complaints in return.

BT and Sky, in contrast, made over 30 complaints each and were subject to 11 and 8 respectively.

Either it seems that Virgin Media do not the rules. They make ads which break the CAP Codes and/or are less able to make complaints against their competitors.
